Standard rate

Bathrooms, wet rooms, boiler installations and underfloor heating are all different, so I price them per job rather than by the hour. You'll get a clear, itemised quote up front, with no obligation.

Pricing questions
The costs people ask about
A standard boiler service is £100 +VAT (£120 including VAT). A more thorough strip-down service, for boilers that need extra attention, is £160 +VAT (£192 including VAT).
A gas safety certificate (CP12) covering up to two appliances is £100 +VAT (£120 including VAT), then £30 +VAT for each additional appliance.
My standard rate is £80 +VAT per hour, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Evening call-outs (5pm to midnight) and weekends are £150 +VAT per hour.
